Our Philosophy Novus Behavior Associates strives to provide high quality, effective, and all-encompassing behavior therapy to all of our clients, regardless of age or diagnosis. We want to provide the client and all relevant stakeholders with the necessary skills and information for our clients to live the most fulfilling life possible. Through the application of ABA, we hope to help clients to start anew by providing skills that foster independence and inclusion.

We believe it is important to educate others that ABA is not just for young children with autism. ABA treatment can and has been applied to a wide range of social issues, problems, and populations. Our services are for children, adolescents, and adults, and we serve individuals with a variety of diagnoses including autism, intellectual disabilities, ADHD and those without a diagnosis.

As a small practice, our services are provided by behavior analysts and masters level technicians in the natural environment, wherever the need for services is greatest. At the onset of services, it is vital to assess each individual’s current level of functioning in this natural environment in order to create a highly individualized treatment plan and relevant programming. It is our belief that effective treatment cannot occur without collaboration, consultation and training amongst caregivers and other disciplines, as well as continuously evaluated data-based treatment decisions. As devoted practitioners with years of service in the field, it is our aim to never sacrifice services or our commitment to our clients for any reason.
